Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated product professional who will work closely with teams across AOL Platforms to enhance reporting, analytics and attribution product. The director of product will be responsible for defining vision and leading a team to implement. He/She will be required to work closely with technology and business teams to execute the product vision and roadmap.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
o Define, develop and execute the vision, roadmap and product metrics for the optimization product of Convertro/ONE Attribution
o Analyze market and product trends and work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to validate the product direction
o Work closely with technology to productize new features and provide guidance during development and testing
o Develop clear and compelling product requirements for new initiatives as well as existing product enhancements, including business justification, technical feasibility and operational impact
o Monitor progress of initiatives through the product development life cycle, identifying risks and opportunities and keeping stakeholders informed
o Work cross functionally with sales, operations and marketing teams to coordinate testing, training and product rollout initiatives
o Act as industry leader in the Advertising Technology space and work to evangelize Convertro/ONE Attbituion both internally and externally.
Requirements:
o Product management experience with at least 5 years in the Advertising Technology industry
o Proven track record of results, demonstrated accountability for achieving individual and shared goals
o Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate internally with technical and business teams as well as interact externally with partners and clients
o Experience managing simultaneous projects and demonstrated team leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment
o Demonstrated ability to solve problems and balance technical and business issues
o Demonstrated ability to work well with and earn the respect of product, technology, marketing and other business teams
o Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple customers (internal and external)
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with proven experience managing projects to successful completion
o Demonstration of a highly committed work ethic and a passion for media and the digital advertising industry
