Job Description:
• Candidate will develop and execute MGP (Multi-generational plan) project plan of priority Client Experience improvement actions to take across business with GTS Client Experience Executives
• Lead analysts to execute project items on-time per MGP

• Construct investment business cases as needed
• Drive definition and improvement in client satisfaction / time to revenue metrics used by the GTS business

Qualifications
• Consulting experience(with external consulting firm), management experience and enterprise thinker
• Knowledge of GTS business, products/solutions and key organizational players
• Global experience and perspective
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - detailed knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint
• Project Management skills
• Executive presence with partners and seniors

DESIRED SKILLS
