Job description
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for all HISNA services provided to the Central Region, which includes HMMA, KMMG, and any other Hyundai-Kia manufacturing locations.

Job Responsibilities:
~ Manage client relationships (requirements, service negotiation, and expectations management) (40%)
~ Provide management / technical guidance to department heads, managers, and staff (30%)
~ Provide overall strategy and direction for Central Region Division (10%)
~ Evaluate division performance and make necessary organization adjustments (10%)
~ Report department activities to HISNA HQ and AES HQ (10%)
~ Perform all other duties as assigned by management.


Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline
MBA (preferred)
15 + Related work experience (preferably from top Automotive OEM)
Broad SAP knowledge
Executive IT management experience
Broad IT knowledge
SAP (preferred)
Project management (preferred)
