Job Description:
The position will be the lead Finance in-charge of Marketing program evaluation, budget management and agency oversight. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing and performing Marketing ROI, including establishing metrics, identifying trends and insights, and optimizing Marketing investments based on ROI results and insights. The incumbent will establish Company-wide and Marketing Activity specific objectives and report Marketing campaigns and program ROIs to the company’s top management.
The position will also manage Marketing budgets partnering with internal teams, provide budget guidance to the Marketing senior leadership, oversee agencies to design and maintain sustainable Marketing performance metric, review process and reporting standards. Dotted line reporting to CFO.

Necessary Skills / Attributes
* Experience in developing Marketing performance analysis and presenting results and findings to top management and working level peers. * Ability to gather and analyze marketing programs, from large campaign level to individual small programs, from various sources and prepare both quantitative and qualitative analysis * Experience in managing overall marketing budgets and individual program activity budgets * Marketing agency experience preferred, with media and production cost analysis background, and experiential or entertainment marketing experience a plus * Preferred experience working in large corporate environment in technology or industries with big launches with short life cycles * Knowledge of financial systems preferred and proficient Excel and analytical skills are required * Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels, especially with the sales and marketing teams * Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames * Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field and minimum of ten years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or occupation requiring Marketing finance management * Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal more than 75% of work time * Physically make project presentations or demonstrations to customers and internal and external groups using verbal and graphics communication modes * Ability to work additional hours beyond normal schedule * Ability to work in a high stress environment
