The Director, Trust Program Development will be a key member of the Trust team partnering with a cross functional team to develop and champion our Trust strategy as well as drive high priority projects across the team as we develop and execute on our plan. Working with teams across the company and around the globe, this role will provide hands-on leadership to design, prioritize, and implement strategy to improve customer outcomes and build greater confidence in eBay. We’re looking for someone who can solve problems from 30,000 feet as well as dive deep into the details. The candidate should be able to articulate issues that have the largestimpact on the business, deliveron quantitativeand data driven analysis, along with customer insight,to propose solutions and manage overall projects. Successful candidates should be quick learners, strategic thinkers, team leaders, problem solvers, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. This role is heavily cross-functional and idealforcandidates who enjoy defining and buildingnew solutions and getting deeply involved in tactics and execution.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Vision: Work closely with Trust leadership to determine solutions to deliver the Trust strategy
Execution: Identify what we should do when, what success looks like and ensure on time and quality delivery
Thought Leadership: Understand user experiences and competitive landscape and partner with regional business leads to understand their marketand business needs to define a focused strategy and align priorities
Builder: You will not only conceive of new initiatives, but will play a leadership role in driving the execution
Build Relationships: Interface with other functional areas to ensure greater understanding, alignment and better execution

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Experience
Demonstration of shaping strategy and alignment across matrixed organizations
Experience in driving customer experience change in online or retail businesses
People leadership skills, with a track record of enabling people to achieve more than they thought possible
Skills and Behaviors
A strategic executor – able to understand what needs to be done, build alignment cross-functionally to make it reality
Balance attention to detail with swift execution – we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength
Setting a high bar – from your own contributions, to the people you work with, to the projects you work on
