The Work
Be the retail expert: Build strategy for successful partnerships in each of the specialty retail channels. Understand how each specialty retailer is structured (store management, sales incentives, etc.), opportunities for marketing programs, in-store signage and support collateral, and considerations for expansion. Lead the team through the day to day execution of all marketing programs and retail executions. (e.g. in-store demos, testing of new support collateral, etc)
Own launch into new channels: Develop Seamless Customer Experience. Partner with customer experience and software teams to develop in-store execution for Big Box and third party e-commerce environments that results in positive end-consumer experience as we expand our retail footprint. Work with internal design to customize and implement marketing campaigns with an understanding of the brand, channel, customer and consumer to ensure alignment, brand harmonization and messaging. Develop relationships with retailer marketing counterparts to plan in-store, or online events, displays, and digital and in-store shopper marketing programs
Support Development of New Marketing Models: Working with the Senior Leadership Team, you will be tasked with exploring new models for selling our unique system into the end consumer. This may include researching 1:1 selling models (e.g. direct selling, community commerce, etc.).
