Qualcomm is seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive and manage day-to-day execution and delivery of a variety of IP including security/cryptographic IP, low-power IP, and clock generation. Responsibilities will include * Providing technical oversight and review of IP, ensuring all specs are met * Working with teams in prioritizing tasks and deliveries in a resource & schedule constrained environment * Contributing to the definition of IP roadmaps * Managing resource assignments * Identifying and tracking key metrics for future optimizations

Minimum Qualifications * Experience managing teams and delivering complex designs to numerous teams is a requirement.
* Expertise in the entire COT flow including digital design, -/- verification, implementation (synthesis & DFT), and physical design using state of the art process nodes and EDA tools.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications * 15+ years of experience and a MSEE or higher is preferred.
Education Requirements Required: Bachelor's, Electrical Engineering
Preferred: Master's, Electrical Engineering
