As a Global Sales Trainer, you will deliver consistently superb, enthusiastic and engaging training experiences to our learners. You will validate the applicability of the materials provided by subject matter experts, build new content for sales skills areas and communicate expectations before and during the class to help ensure learner satisfaction with the scope and depth of what is covered. You will work closely with the Partner Success Managers and regional Sales Leadership to adapt your content and approach to incorporate regional considerations and to assemble and manage the cohort of learners.
You will be expected to work with the leadership of Sales and Partner teams to determine sales training priorities (both content and specific audiences) and what training to deliver to ensure the highest business impact. Finally, you will also be expected to work with the Training Operations team in a number of areas such as updates to class content in the Learning Management System (LMS) and the publishing of the class schedules.

Responsibilities
Evaluate, identify, develop and deliver product agnostic sales skills training content embracing a mix of sales methodologies and processes.
Deliver superb, enthusiastic and engaging training experiences to diverse audiences (e.g. large global Systems Integrators, small born in the cloud partners, Googlers etc.) at various skill levels using both instructor-led and virtual delivery modalities.
Participate in training planning conversations with regional sales leadership, partner managers, stakeholders and subject matter experts and work to tailor content for learners as required. If required, act as training consultant to other teams who wish to build out new training.
Innovate in training by identifying and implementing sales training tools that will increase the reach and/or retention of your training.
Travel internationally (expect at least 50%, depending on business growth) although some of the training will be virtual and could be delivered from your office.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
5 years of experience conducting sales training for a tech company with a sales team, or for a public training provider.
Preferred qualifications:
3 years of field sales experience with cloud technologies to Enterprise business customers using a solution selling methodology.
Experience providing training to a diverse set of sales teams and representatives from new sellers to highly experienced veterans.
Experience talking to C-level executives on strategic technology directions (and coaching others how to do that).
Experience creating, maintaining and/or delivering content in fast-moving technology areas.
Demonstrated experience with adult learning principles and instructional design for instructor-led and eLearning courses for a sales audience.
Expert in one or more cloud technologies, as evidenced by demonstrated proficiency with cloud messaging and productivity tools and specifically Google for Work solutions and their application to solving customer business problems. Proficiency in multiple languages (e.g. English and Spanish).
