This role is unique in the sense that you’ll be responsible for coaching, influencing and guiding the teams in combination with making decisions on org design, compensation, employee development, and much more. You’ll learn the business and culture inside and out such that you are able to provide partnership and guidance (not HR best practices) to business leaders and their teams.

Experience:
This position requires a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR/OD/OE experience. Experience in more than one industry or business sector is highly desired, with particular emphasis on entertainment, marketing, and technology. Since our business is rapidly growing, proven track record with regional marketing, partner marketing, licensing, social and publicity teams is highly valuable. It goes without saying, but we’ll say it anyway - you need to have great EQ, be an excellent coach, communicator, and leader.
