This position works for the CEPG (Cross Enterprise Procurement Group)/SS MD Metals & Glass. The CEPG consists of Operating Committee Bottlers including Arca, Aujan, BI, CCR, CCE, CC Femsa, Hellenic, CBPC, AFBCC, CCBSC, CC Icecek along other, General Bottles. The position is the lead role for developing and executing the Glass Procurement Program for the above referenced Bottlers which support our “top 22” and other select markets. The position leads the global program, which includes the Cost Forecast, Value Chain Analysis, Supply and Demand, Strategy Development, Knowledge Communication, Negotiation Lead and coordination along with a variety of reporting responsibilities. The position acts as SME and manages the Glass program primarily for the Operating Committee and General Bottlers who participate in the initiative.
The position provides leadership for activities in the global program and interfaces with an Extended Team of Bottler Representatives who jointly handle the Glass procurement across all Geographic Groups.

This CEPG Extended Team is responsible for implementing the strategy of the program for all the Geographic Groups including North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Glass annual spend is $530 million and the Procurement Strategies to manage price and supply risk are critical to the support the Bottler ABP's

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Related Work Experience:

10 or more years related work experience

3 - 5 years of glass product/service knowledge (or related field), knowledge of strategic sourcing, commodity experience, team leadership skills and exceptional communication skills.
