The Senior Art Director will develop creative solutions and experiences with a talented team that will make our LEGO fans smile!
Lead creation of all visual design, assets & materials that support event initiatives for the US market
• Support the Senior Creative Manager to secure the workflow of event related tasks
• Collaborate with the Senior Creative Manager to define design and conceptual direction
• Present event concepts to internal and external stakeholders
• Guide final art/content with support staff to ensure quality and on brief
• Serve as an expert with all Brand Guidelines
• Review external sources for inspiration and innovative solutions to create unique LEGO experiences
• Support the Senior Creative Manager to recruit, manage, and maintain the list of preferred external vendors, agencies and freelance staff for event related activities
Do you have what it takes?
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on graphic design or related field
• 5+ years of senior level design experience in an agency or in-house environment
• Proven track record of success in developing communication strategies, integrated campaigns, compelling events and content development
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, client & external partner relations simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills required
• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office required
• Video and 3D software knowledge strongly preferred
• Up to 15% domestic travel required
