The Global Business Operations Senior Director of Technology will be responsible for providing oversight and leadership across the global sales tools as well as lead the center of excellence for Visa's Salesforce.com platform. This role will be responsible for establishing roadmaps across the platforms, provide leadership and oversight across the configuration teams, and manage the global 24x7 operations support team. The roadmap leadership will include not only overseeing all operational aspects of the execution of the roadmap but also the prioritization and oversight across the associated projects. He/ She will also work closely with various business partners across Sales, Support, Product, Marketing, etc. to ensure a holistic approach is aligned across the organization including defining and prioritizing key business processes and deployment strategies and work with IT partners to ensure successful execution.
Responsibilities
Establish and provide leadership across business roadmaps for each of the global sales tools including salesforce.com
Provide leadership across a team to support Salesforce.com Configuration and Administration and leverage an Agile approach to see requirements from design through execution
Work with all business stakeholders to help prioritize, design, and execute projects and requirements to support the Visa Playbook and associated business efforts across the platforms.
Work with business stakeholders to understand key business requirements to support design and execution of the requirements
Provide leadership across Environment Mgmt. and oversee release schedule across the platforms to support multiple efforts across the platforms
Provide leadership across global 24 x 7 operations support team and lead case management and operation support calls with regional counterparts
Provide system administration across Salesforce.com and support key functions across the platform including overseeing Single Org Oversight, security and access, etc.
Work with technology partners and vendors to manage roadmaps and educate teams on future releases, adjustments, or issues across the platforms
Consulting and mentoring global Sales Operations Teams on Salesforce.com functionality and best practices.
Manage development and release cycles across the platform for all groups leveraging Salesforce.com
Build a client focused team to support the global sales methodology on Salesforce.com and cross functional partner needs through development and support.
Accountable for center of excellence for Visa’s global salesforce.com platform
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred in Computer Science or related field)
10 years of experience providing solutions for business, developing and managing implementation of global Sales CRM platform.
5+ years of work experience with Salesforce.com in a global organization (Sales Cloud, system integrations, AppExchange Development)
5+ years managing global teams across multiple time zones and promoting a collaborative environment
Experience with working with global teams and coordinating efforts across multiple organizations
Strong business analysis background with ability to translate business needs/goals into requirements and prototypes.
Customer oriented approach to business management and problem solving
Leadership on system and multiple environment management with Salesforce.com
Collaborative approach to supporting and resolving business issues throughout the organization
