Responsibilities
Focus on quantifying revenue growth metrics for the A.net business line and drive strategic decisions around opportunities and risks. Develop quantitative and predictive models to support development of multi-year strategic plan.
Through strategic and fact-based analyses, partners with, and supports key sales channel leaders and stakeholders to define and implement partnership model to deliver value and growth across A.net business lines. Contributes to the overall execution of strategic goals and vision.
Exert leadership and influence on sales / business development leaders, product and solution owners to elevate the disciplined application of analytics and facts for daily decision making.
Design, produce and present framework and outcome to address unstructured analytical needs, articulate and quantify business risks and opportunities by examining internal and external circumstances, based on imperfect information against agile criteria and requirements.
Lead a small team (up to 2 analysts in the next 12 months) to define, create and support reporting and analytics function for Authorize.Net solution and product lines on a recurring and ad hoc basis. Create management reporting on status and progress against organizational and operational metrics and scorecard
Manage, centralize and create business metrics and analytics requirements and drive commitment and alignment to support business strategies. Manage agenda and content for meetings to present analyses and conduct monthly internal business reviews to inform and influence strategic and operational management of Cybersource and key cross functions.
Qualifications
BA/BS required
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in quantitative analytics, preferably in the payments industry
Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor; attention to detail and ability to translate analytics into strategic, actionable insights
Action orientation and ability to prioritize deliverables and projects to meet timelines efficiently, to adapt to changes in priorities quickly, and to structure and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with focus on a drive to completion and tangible impact
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish effective relationships internally with all levels including executive management, and externally with clients and partners; ability to explain complex business concepts to a broad audience
Strong collaboration and influence skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams to drive deliverables, projects and engagements to completion
