Responsibilities
Strategic planning for GFM, at the Americas regional level
Support Head of GFM-Americas with the implementation of strategic plans
Leading changes in accordance with the organizational and strategic changes within GFM and TEVA
Managing the integration of ongoing FM activities, at the regional level
Realization of global GFM policy and procedures, at the regional level
Manage, maintain and monitor the America's service level, in line with SOPs, SLA and KPI's, in order to reach service improvement targets set by GFM management
Interface management with relevant business managers and professional units, for work plan promotion and implementation
Overall responsibility for contracts with FM suppliers
Provide FM leadership (through sub-regional FM leaders) for all aspects of the various facilities
Operational support of the Region to ensure and maintain the highest possible services levels and standards. Support management of achieving regional savings targets
Identifying operational requirements and operational solutions to upcoming issues and problems (bottlenecks) on various organizational levels:
Acting as FM interface and supporting synergy projects with the local, regional and global support teams;
Visiting the sites and auditing the selected strategic services providers;
Requesting changing of the service providers contracts and renegotiating their conditions with support of the TEVA Procurement team;
Representing FM, as needed, in the new facilities planning, decommissioning, upgrades projects to make sure that the FM requirements are considered;
Promote synergy projects across FM and Teva Operations to target effectiveness and best business practices.
Support FM strategic projects that will enable the achievement of the organization's objectives and work plans.
Support opening and closing sites including company acquisitions
Manages relationships with business stakeholders to ensure business requirements are captured & aligned on all levels
Participates in the development of Regional AOP including annual budget (Capex and Opex)
Qualifications
CANDIDATE PROFILE
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, but preferably a Master’s degree (preference given to those with a degree in Facility Management, Logistics, or Engineering
10 years’ experience in Facility management/Engineering, soft/ hard services and projects
Minimum of 5 years’ experience of outsourced-Facility contract management
Minimum of 5 years’ experience overseeing managers
Well-developed management skills, with experience in team building and management
High level of written and spoken English and Spanish. Fluency in other languages will be a plus
Experience within a pharmaceutical company, food company, or manufacturer preferred
Experience managing company general services in international companies
Proven ability to initiate, manage, and successfully implement significant change processes.SKILLS:

Excellent written and oral communications skills, including the ability to effectively communicate at all levels
High level of written and spoken English
