Job Responsibilities
Lead the complete Social strategy for L’Oreal USA
Drive Change within the organization to achieve adoption, performance, and excitement around Social Media
Build content creation capabilities to make our brands more agile, with product-centric content
Anticipate next (r)evolutions into the Social space (Messaging, new networks, …)
Develop and maintain a strong network of industry influencers

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
At least 5 years of experience in defining/implementing Social strategies (fashion, beauty background is a plus)
Experience in a multinational organization and in the Beauty industry a plus
Knowledge of analytics tools for Web and Social Media channels, including but not limited to Google Analytics, platform Analytics (FB, Pinterest, etc) and Social Bakers
Proficient in Microsoft Office (esp. PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage complexity within an organization
Proven ability in building professional relationships, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven content marketing success
Exceptional writing skills (a grammar and spelling whiz!) with a go-getter attitude and an eagerness to take on any customer’s challenge with utmost positivity.
Can juggle a million different things at once – you constantly have ideas for how to make a situation or service more efficient and successful.
Strong analytical & organizational skills; Believe in the importance of monitoring the Return on Investment (ROI) that social media brings to a company and are excited to monitor the health of our communities.
