Job Description
Display an entrepreneurial spirit in growing brand visibility and reach within the global marketplace. Monitor sales and profitability of existing international stores and provide guidance to accelerate growth.

Job Requirements
6-8 years of international business development experience
Proven knowledge of global cultural nuances as it relates to doing business in the international marketplace
Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative business partnerships
Entrepreneurial spirit
Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field of study

Judgment And Decision Making
Develop marketing and promotional strategy for designated geographic area.
Track brand performance (i.e. Sell-In, Sell-Out, new launch results) and help focus on key markets.
Obtain, review and utilize international forecasts, sales activity, budgets and product performance
Review and manage factory inventory levels of all collateral materials
Guide countries / zones to accelerate their expansion and grow profits
Play an integral role in new international shops and freestanding store openings.
Provide direction to countries on unique aspects of the brand to ensure consistency of brand message.
Interface with Brand Affaire and zones/counties to optimize all aspects of the business including new product launch and planning, promotional strategies, pricing, logistics, forecast supply, public relations and education.
Manage and implement special projects
Close supervision required
