Job Description
Northrop Grumman Technical Services is seeking a Program Director for our Warner Robins Maintenance and Modernization (WRMM) Operating Unit. The successful candidate will report directly to the Program Director for the Systems Logistics and Modernization Business Unit and will be responsible for leading and executing WRMM business unit activities including development of growth strategies, customer relationships, long range strategic plan (LRSP), annual operating plan (AOP), and program performance.
He or she will coordinate and sign off on the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of the contract. This position will be the primary customer contact for all Operating Unit activities and will lead program review sessions with internal and external customers in regards to cost, schedule, and technical performance

The successful candidate will be an engaging leader who is proactive and execution oriented in his/her approach in running a business unit. The candidate must be capable of broad, strategic thinking with respect to emerging customer needs, competitive positioning with the ability to guide the organization towards the strategic and tactical actions necessary to expand the business pipeline, backlog, and successful delivery of our products.
