Job Description
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business required or equivalent experience
5+ years previous business-to-business experience in one or more of the following areas with a documented track record of success: Account Manager, Complex and Consultative Sales Environment, or Multiple Pre-Sales Roles within the Software Vertical
Solution selling experience in the IT services is a plus
Excellent objection handling and negotiating abilities
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work alongside multiple team members
Strong time-management and organization skills


Ability to multi-task and manage multiple streams of work simultaneously
Ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders
Highly resourceful when need to overcome barriers and objections
Proven record of meeting/exceeding established goals
Responsibilities
The position reports to Business Risk Practice Director


Responsibilities

Oversee the overall new business development efforts for the Business Risk Practice to ensure continued growth of revenues from clients and prospects

Create and Implement a Business Development Strategy
Target client base
Outreach (test and refine messaging)
Capabilities (gain understanding / build rapport)
Proposal
Engagement (build confidence)
Assessment (build trust)
Trusted Advisor
Institute follow-up process
Set up error-proof tracking of tech drag (in collaboration with each VP and organization)
Manage Salesforce Forecast and Pipeline
Review and refine Marketing Materials and Touch Plan (in collaboration with Marketing Department)
Website / Microsite / Email Campaign / Landing Page
Events (conferences, awards, fundraisers, affiliated organizations, office party)
