Job Description
You will build and lead a content marketing team that drives revenue through lead generation and sales enablement programs. You will develop the content strategy and execution across all products and sales channels, working closely with peers in marketing, product management, and sales. Responsibilities

Develop and execute content strategy across multiple sales channels for both lead generation and sales enablement.
Create original content using deep customer insights.
Manage the editorial calendar and content creation process.
Assemble and manage a team of internal and outsourced writers and designers to create content in multiple formats.
Review and edit content for quality, style guidelines, and brand consistency.
Distribute content to various channels and social media to optimize awareness and engagement.
Design, implement, and manage lead generation campaigns targeting Clearent's primary prospect audiences.
Grow Clearent’s brand positioning through thought leadership, especially among software developers and point-of-sale providers.
Identify, track, and report key performance indicators, leveraging data and insights to continually improve results.
Desired Skills and Experience
5+ years of marketing experience, including content management in a B2B technology or financial services company.
Proven track record of driving B2B lead generation programs.
Significant experience building a content strategy, managing a content calendar, and driving content creation.
Superb writing and editing skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once and consistently meet deadlines.
Demonstrated success improving marketing performance with measurable results.
Hands-on experience with marketing software, including email, CRM, analytics and marketing automation.
Ability to independently analyze complex issues and make sound decisions.
Team player who brings a “can do” attitude to work every day.
Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is a plus.
