Director Product Management eCommerce AT&T Bothell


Job description
As Director of Product Management, you will lead a team of product managers in defining the future vision and strategy of AT&T's eCommerce platform and software products, as well as planning and implementing new products, features and enhancements needed to realize the vision. Your success will be measured by your team's ability to drive traffic, increase conversion, and improve customer satisfaction while building extensible products and services that can be leveraged across the organization.
The eCommerce product management team is responsible for prioritizing site functionality enhancements based upon underlying business value and key strategies. The product management team works with internal marketing, analysts, and software development to determine requirements. A successful product management director can lead large cross functional teams to deliver significant customer facing improvements across online and mobile channels.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing multiple, complex tasks and able to work with several groups at once. Advanced understanding of web and eCommerce technology is required as well as an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where the ability to focus on what matters most amidst a steady stream of competing priorities is crucial.

Responsibilities Within The Scope Of This Position
Build alignment and develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders throughout the organization to ensure successful product launches;
Work with brand marketing and merchandising groups to establish product requirements and objectives;
Work with PMO, creative and development organizations to define requirements and ensure objectives are achieved; and
Evaluate third party technology solutions to determine if they can be leveraged as part of the overall product enhancement roadmap for marketing and merchandising.

Required Skills, Experience, And Education
10+ years of experience in Product Management in eCommerce or related software company;
5+ years management experience;
Excellent written and presentation skills;
Strong UX sensibilities
Solid technical understanding of web and mobile technologies;
Strong understanding of SDLC including agile and waterfall methodologies;
High-level of comfort working with Development teams and Project Management;
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Computer Science
