Job Description
Juniper Networks, a leading provider of high performance networking and security equipment, is looking to hire an exceptional Director to lead its Analytics and Customer Insights team. This person will lead a 7 person team of data scientists, web analysts and researchers in our efforts to understand the behavior and satisfaction of our customers and prospects and link it to business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Develop vision, objectives and plans to create research and analytics center of excellence
Conduct quantitative research and analysis including survey development, audience selection and quantitative analysis.
Conduct qualitative research (interviews/focus groups) including discussion guides
Develop data infrastructure to enable personalization across digital activities
Optimize customer digital journeys and identify buyer intention signals through the Integration of digital, social, campaign and pipeline data
Drive a fact based decision making culture across marketing
In collaboration with the Operations team, develop and implement data framework and governance
Synthesize analysis and data into compelling, easy to understand insights
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of advanced data science techniques, including statistical models, regression techniques, factor analyses, etc.
Hands on experience with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
Hands on experience building predictive models
Strong communication/storytelling skills
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Economics with significant coursework in quantitative fields with over 15 years of related work experience.
5+ years of work experience in Senior Management roles
Experience leading analytics teams
Experience with Google Analytics and or Adobe Analytics
Experience with Tableau preferred
