Job description
Duties

• Manage P&L: control budget, implement bill-back via ERP integration, works with BUs to manage COGS contributions from cloud operations

• Develop, document, train and maintain processes to support operations and customer needs


• Support Cloud Platform and Core Technology Engineering teams to ensure the cloud infrastructure grows and evolves to meet our business needs

• Work with peers to design and execute experiments using "lean" practices to implement incremental "pay as you grow" model

• Provide advice and training for product teams enable them to be successful in cloud development and operations (Dev/Ops)

• Manage the Veritas Cloud Engineering “information radiators” for end users, management and stake-holders

Skills/Abilities/Experience

• Experience in installing and operating cloud computing infrastructure

• Experience in leading "Agile" development, both Scrum and Kanban practices

• Experience in using "Lean" business practices

• Experience in Service Design practices

• Ability to work across products, functions and levels
