Job description
Required Qualifications
B.S. degree in engineering, science or other related tech discipline
Minimum of 12 years of progressively responsible experience including significant experience in an Aerospace supervisory role
Demonstrated ability to assess technical risk and provide supporting rationale

Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of customers, contractors, and corporate personnel
Broad experience with development, integration and test, and deployment of launch vehicles, satellites, and ground systems
Outstanding interpersonal, written, briefing and oral communication skills
A demonstrated ability to manage conflict
Moderate travel is required
Current DoD Secret is required

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced degree in engineering or science
Recent experience in a SMC satellite or launch vehicle acquisition program office in a lead role
Understanding of Aerospace Policies and Practices and ETG capabilities
DoD TS clearance and SCI
