POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director, Operational Excellence- Platform will govern and mentor strategic programs and policies to enhance cross-enterprise integration to create and enhance the continuous improvement culture. This position will be accountable to support and lead business processes through the development and implementation of strategic initiatives supporting CCR’s integrated end to end PSS network. The position provides Operational Excellence leadership and support to the platform leaders and their subordinates.
Program governance will include direct leadership, guiding others to implement, and mentoring Operational Excellence methodologies to ensure execution by the respective platforms. Accountable for supporting platform OE cultural initiatives to increase the overall platform OE maturity continuum. This includes focus on creating a work environment that engages employees at all levels in the business to help drive out waste, improve and simplify processes, improve quality, and continually reduce the total cost of ownership while improving service and capabilities to the represented platforms.

position Activities/Responsibilities
Responsible for aligning the Center’s Operational Excellence vision through the successful development and governance of strategic initiatives supported by the platforms. Govern progress and support bridging platform and co-manufacturing gaps.
Deploy and mentor programs which improve beverage quality, service, and value chain efficiencies.
Support the translation of Company business strategy into operational goals with visible metrics to platforms
Support the assessment of OE capabilities and maturity across PSS and co-manufacturing to develop improvement strategies
Collaborate with PSS platform Operational leaders and teams to share successes, replicate best practices and ensure organization-wide achievement of annual goals.
Coaching, motivating, developing talent.
Conduct and/or participate in regular business routines in order to monitor relationships, re-affirm strategic direction, and steward the business value created for PSS
Support OE integration alignment within PSS and co-manufacturing
Support the development and governance of comprehensive 3 year maturity continuum
Support and influence OE strategic direction within PSS platforms
Govern and monitor the effectiveness of management routines and metrics; recommend and implement changes as needed to ensure business objectives are met.

Required Education And/Or Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
7 yrs strong background in all aspects of supply chain management is required. In-depth experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence; LEAN Mfg, process improvement, process standardization, and Six Sigma.
7 yrs (supply chain metrics, lean / CI, Six-Sigma, process improvement)

Preferred Education And/Or Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
7 yrs strong background in all aspects of supply chain management is required. In-depth experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence; LEAN Mfg, process improvement, process standardization, and Six Sigma.
