Position Summary

We are hiring a leader to head our product and service definition and delivery efforts at ConnectSolutions. We’re looking for an individual who can both see the big picture, and drive execution, to ensure a successful customer experience across our unified communication products and services. You will work with our Executive, Engineering, Marketing and Support leaders to define customer focused requirements and execute our company’s roadmap for all future enhancements.

Primary Responsibilities
Be the owner of product and service offerings including roadmaps
Manage the entire product/service offering life cycle from strategic to tactical
Identify market opportunities, business cases, and product direction
Engage with clients, partners, sales, and service teams on roadmap
Understand customer pain points, identify solutions, and then prototype, iterate
Bridge the technical and business worlds through cross-functional collaboration
Plan the launch of new products and releases across the organization
Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team
Participate in pre-sales support and solution definitions

Required Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, business, engineering or related field (MBA in Business/Marketing a plus)
10+ years of experience in product management in software/SaaS, and especially as it relates to Microsoft Skype for Business/Lync/Unified Communications and/or similar service offerings.
