Director - IT - Western Union - Englewood


Job description
Right now, we are seeking a Director of IT, based at Western Union’s global headquarters in Englewood, Colorado.

In this role, you will work closely with the Global Operations and the Regional Operations leadership and Technology engineering team to develop and deliver the technology vision that supports the implementation of the data management functions for Salesforce powered Agent system of records on the PartnerHub platform.
You will work with the leadership to develop a roadmap that supports the strategic goals of the business and provides daily guidance, oversight to technology engineering staff and prioritizing resources and efforts in support of these strategic goals. The IT Director will manage the needs and expectations of the business users, management, and clients in accordance with the capabilities and resources available to the PartnerHub System of Record Engineering function.



In Addition, You Will
Oversee the management of the PartnerHub SOR engineering team and IT service delivery.
Serve as the primary IT point of accountability for the delivery of all systems and services for Agent Life Cycle management System of Record.
Consult with senior business and IT leaders to deliver strategically important initiatives.
Direct the implementation of technical and systems architectures.
Provide guidance on applicable technology trends or innovation of business solutions.
Develop and execute business IT plans and initiative roadmaps.
Manage expectations of Service level Agreements with the business.
Promote common technology solutions and initiative alignment across the business and IT organizations.
Possess broad based and in-depth knowledge of complex technologies, methodologies, the business and industry.
Ensure superior customer service to all users of IT services Accountable for the management, mentoring and career development of all IT team members.

Qualifications
Over 10 years of successful implantation partner/agent life cycle management systems, migration of enterprise system to SaaS based CRM implementations.
Over 10 years’ experience in Information Technology and Application Development.
Certified sales Cloud, service Cloud, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Developer Salesforce.com Professional.
Successful track record in selling business solutions to Fortune 500 companies.
Exceptional ability to quickly master new concepts and implement creative solutions.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven reputation of understanding and exceeding customer expectations.
Global implementation experience with the Unites States, Japan and the United Kingdom.
Ability to effectively set priorities, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and produce quality work while dealing with interruptions
Ability to identify potential inefficiencies and help implement automated solutions to achieve greater efficiencies
Passion to learn financial systems, including Oracle and HFM
Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and organizational skills, including ability to influence others and work effectively across geographies and functions in a matrix organization as well as to clearly and concisely present findings at all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently, demonstrates initiative, and exercise judgment in fast paced and changing environment.
