Senior Director- Digital Developed Markets - Visa - Foster City

Job description

Visa Checkout is the new easier way to pay online across digital channels. As a Sr. Director of Visa Checkout you will help define and delivers on Visa's strategy to offer merchants and cardholders the most convenient, trusted ecommerce payment options worldwide for Web & Mobile channels.
As a product leader, you will be responsible for delivering world-leading web & in-app mobile checkout experiences. In addition, you will assist in developing strategies and product experiences for banks seeking to integrate Visa Checkout card activation within bank native applications.


Responsibilities

Write product requirements and work with designers, engineers and project managers to get them executed
Act as product owner for Visa Checkout teams of agile software engineers
Manage Web & Mobile payment experiences that push the boundaries of user experience and new device capabilities
Closely monitor product performance and continuously identify and prioritize opportunities for tactical and quick win and strategic opportunities to increase conversion and value to customers
Collaborate with designers to make sure the features you deliver business objectives while also meeting a high standard of usability, beauty, accessibility and responsiveness across desktop and mobile web
Work closely with internal and agency marketing partners for integrating campaigns and features to drive enrollment, activation are integrated effectively with Visa Checkout mobile products
Manage a research track exploring and developing POCs for commerce on emerging device platforms including wearables, VR/AR, internet of things
Mentor junior team members​

Qualifications

As a product owner, designer or developer you have built ecommerce experiences on Web & Mobile channels.
You are attuned and can speak well to the latest trends in web & app design and mobile ecommerce
Organized, resourceful and results-driven. Tenacity to get stuff done.
Generalist skills, with flexibility to be able to collaborate with a spectrum of stakeholders from engineers, to marketers, to lawyers, to clients, designers
Ability to make smart decisions on things like design tradeoffs, solving blockers or triaging bugs with autonomy and on short timelines
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communications skills, position-appropriate mentoring/leadership abilities, ability to quickly master new challenges.
Ownership mentality, entrepreneurial drive, and proven ability to influence others
10+ years of experience in digital commerce, with direct leadership experience in web & app development.​
