Position Summary Responsible for leading the marketing analytics organization. Provides oversight in the following areas: Customer Base analyses for Business & Consumer. Oversees operations reporting, business case inputs/ forecasting, market level analysis, channel analysis, root cause analysis, predictive analysis. Develops target models for customer base root cause analytics.


Relocation Package is available.Responsible for leading the Next Best Action Command Center organization. Command Center Director with accountability for end-to-end program delivery. Sets strategic direction. Cross-functional responsibility for collaboration across Sprint organizations. Baseline Scope and Change Control. Perform the work in accordance with standards for project and program management. Calculate, report, and act upon the standard project metrics. Financial Ownership of Next Best Action business case results.Ability to deliver and lead in a matrixed organization with leadership and influence skills. End-to-end Delivery. Manages multiple teams and capabilities to deliver complete project or program scope. Balanced mindset of business and analytical acumen and strategic vision. Champion of change. Ability to impart leadership skills across matrixed team. Knowledge of Sprint consumer behaviors & marketing operations. Manages multiple stakeholders effectively including vendors, third parties, and sub contractors to achieve overall engagement goal. Manages delivery of business cases by monitoring costs and value delivered and intervening with corrective action when necessary to achieve commercial outcomes. Builds and maintains high performance teams.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and ten years related work experience or fourteen years related work experience post high school
Five years of progressive management experience

Preferred Qualifications
Ten years experience supporting marketing or technology experience
Ten years telecommunications and or computing/applications experience
Master's Degree in Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
