Position Summary
The Director, US Roadmap (Director of Operations) will be responsible for the creation and management of the roadmap supporting the SamsClub.com, US Business. This individual will work with business partners to prioritize and execute against enhancements and projects required to deliver business results. In addition, this individual will work extensively in partnership with the product management team, engineering and key vendors to determine short-term and long-term needs that support evolving business needs. This role will also manage the member experience insights queue and develop rapid response plans.

Provides supervision and development for the operations capability in the markets
Provides thought leadership
