We currently seek a Director & Actuary – Worksite Pricing. This role will report to the US Life Chief Pricing Actuary and will be responsible for product development and pricing for the individual work site/ affinity life products.
The role will be based in Houston, TX.
• The primary focus for this actuary will be UL, Term, LTC/CI and other riders.
• Responsibilities will include product design and specifications, pricing, modeling, assumption development, state filings and approval documents.
• As a member of the Pricing team, other responsibilities will include interfacing with functional areas such as illustrations, IT, policy administration, legal, compliance, and marketing to ensure an effective and timely product implementation and launch. • ASA or FSA and MAAA


• Minimum of 7 years of life insurance experience with 3+ in a life pricing or product development/management role.
• Individual work site / affinity product pricing experience preferred
• Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, mathematics or statistics is required.
• Strong communication (oral and written) and influencing skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, challenge status quo and promote new solutions
