Manage the JV Governance Policy and reporting
Contractual Commitment and Lease reporting and analysis
Manage the reporting and analysis
Roll out new Contractual Commitment contract review process
Lease COE Project Team member
Coordinate Global preparation for potential new lease pronouncement

Related Party reporting
Primary auditor liaison for various special projects
Disclosure Committee/Audit Committee material preparation and review
Direct US Government reporting
Technical accounting projects

Qualifications:

CPA
10-15+ years of experience
Big 4 Accounting Firm experience
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to establish effective working relationships
Ability to present to Senior Executives
Highly organized
