Director - Engagement - Accenture - Atlanta

Accenture LLP is seeking an Engagement Director in Atlanta, GA to be responsible for the overall success of Digital Marketing and Web Content Management (WCM) programs. S/he will perform the following duties: focus on client relationships, financials, project delivery, resourcing, and overall program health; contribute throughout the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex and large-scale WCM solutions; identify and pursue follow-on project opportunities; plan and estimate delivery work, focusing on project milestones, resource planning (both on-shore and off-shore), scope, and budget; manage day to day on-shore and off-shore project teams during the project lifecycle; manage business requirements and project ideation; manage and contribute to solution plan definition;
interact with client stakeholders for business justification and funding; and contribute to the ongoing development of solution/program offering approaches, methodologies, techniques, and business development tools. The position will be based out of Accenture’s office in Atlanta, GA with domestic and international travel up to 50%
of the average work week. Telecommuting is permitted.

The position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Engineering (any), plus 7 years of experience in the IT consulting industry, including the following professional experience: 5 years leading the successful delivery of web content management projects and 3 years delivering projects which have integrated 3 or more of the functional capabilities listed below: Web Content Management, Digital Asset Management, Video Content Management, Portal, Identity & Access Management, Banner & Video Advertising, Social Media, Search / SEO, Web Analytics, Customer Segmentation and Targeting, or Multi-device support (smart-phone, tablet, desktop, console, set-top box).
