Director - Implementation Services - Boomerang Commerce - Sunnyvale

Job description
Boomerang Commerce’s Director, Implementation Services leads the IT Services arm for Boomerang Commerce. As a key leader in the Customer Success team, you are responsible for converting each customer into a raving advocate for Boomerang Commerce. In this role, you will don multiple hats - implementation consultant, technical leader, team builder and product manager.

As the Director, Implementation Services, you will:
Be the product expert and evangelist and drive product adoption at various clients
Drive implementation, integration and customization of Boomerang Commerce’s Dynamic Price Optimizer with client IT systems. This includes project planning, delivery, client interaction, troubleshooting, people management and managing client expectations on a day-to-day basis
Closely partner with the Product team to drive automation of integration processes. Understand common enhancements across customers and drive future product roadmap requirements

Closely partner with Analytics Services team to drive revenue and profit lift for each customer
Build a top notch technical implementation team who can consistently deliver success at every client

Desired Skills and Experience
10+ years experience in software development AND technical implementations. Work experience in System Integrator companies is strongly preferred
MUST HAVE: At least 2 years experience in a lead role, successfully implementing enterprise software at client locations
MUST HAVE: Successfully lead IT projects delivered in an onsite-offshore model
MUST HAVE: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in managing and building a team of technical consultants
Strong in SQL. Programming and scripting skills are strongly preferred
Should be hands on, and willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done
Should be excellent at gathering business requirements from the client’s IT team and coordinating with the offshore team for implementation
Should be great at managing client expectations and project management
Must be willing to travel up to 50%
