Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing is charged with developing and implementing prospect and client marketing programs within the Small Business market segment. In this hands-on role, you will understand the overall business and marketing strategy, translate that into acquisition and client retention programs, and guide the team through execution across multiple channels. Develop and execute marketing programs to drive unit growth, top line revenue and client retention
Collaborate with digital, content teams and external agencies to build digital experiences that communicate and demonstrate our unique selling proposition across owned and earned digital channels
Develop and help execute lead generation, nurturing and paid customer acquisition campaigns
Collaborate with sales teams to translate programs into effective field campaigns
Develop client lifecycle marketing programs that drive product usage, retention and advocacy among client base
In collaboration with internal business partners build targeted needs-based campaigns to drive upsell and cross sell within client base
Manage a robust client communication program that includes newsletters, webinars and regular emails
Contribute to overall marketing and content strategy
Help shape content and editorial calendars ensuring alignment across all tactics
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree; MBA desirable
7-10 years' marketing experience; at least 4 years in a demand generation focused role
Results driven with expertise in both the creative and analytical sides of marketing
Hands-on digital experience with a strong understanding of content marketing
Comfortable working within a highly matrixed environment and leading through influence
