Scope and Responsibilities:
Are you a leader who is passionate about key technology infrastructure capabilities, continuous improvement and strategic partner management? Do you have experience building a global team from the ground up? As the Director, Global CDT Operations Support you will lead the team that supports Consumer technology to the Digital and Retail business across the globe. This includes supporting the infrastructure and applications in all Nike owned Retail stores in Asia as well as the technology stack that powers Nike.com, working with the global team to make sure the requirements of global business are incorporated into new technology offerings, ensuring technology is delivered correctly in support of all new global Retail store openings, and leading the global level 1 support team that monitors all Digital and Retail technologies (applications, databases, servers, network, registers). Critical to success is your ability to understand and contribute to overall technology strategy for Digital & Retail, establish metrics on the health, capacity and performance of these services and partner effectively with the other Infrastructure and Engineering groups to deliver a world-class experience for our consumers. You will stay on top of industry trends, as well as corporate policies and initiatives to maximize Digital’s investment while enabling strategic goals.

Desired Skills and Experience
To make it clear, we're not looking for just anyone. We're looking for someone special, someone who had these experiences and clearly demonstrated these skills:
Bachelors' degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; 10 years additional relevant professional experience accepted in lieu of a degree
15 years of experience in IT, business or a related field with at least 10 years of directly relevant work experience
Leading teams that deliver and support application & infrastructure technologies to enable incredible e-commerce solutions
Designing and delivering a global follow-the-sun support model for optimal e-commerce performance
Proven experience building effective teams using industry standard Service Management tools and processes.
Expert level knowledge of current and leading Application and Infrastructure monitoring and management tools.
Managing vendor relationships to align support model and technology roadmaps with requirements
Critical Incident and Crisis Management experience
Influencing multiple organizational levels and driving ideas from the white board to production
Producing meaningful and consistent metrics to describe the health of infrastructure and application services
Championing DevOps principles to change the nature of how e-commerce teams work together to produce world class user experiences
Familiarity with AWS/cloud computing is highly desirable
Delivering tactical activities while maintaining alignment with big picture
Presenting to and communicating with Senior Management, Employees and Vendors at all levels
Team leadership and building positive customer relationships
Demonstrated innovation and professional curiosity
