About the role
This role is designed to help Good Eggs fulfill our mission by championing our culture and supporting internal employee growth. The Head of Team Team (you might be more familiar with the title Head of People Operations) is a pivotal role needed to support the growth of Good Eggs. You should know that we are not fans of traditional HR practices.
We are looking for someone who would be inspired by doing things just a bit differently. This role will guide and partner with founders/leaders to create and execute on a fluid and agile roadmap for our most important assets: our TEAM. Key responsibilities will include growth strategies, people operations, org planning, exec coaching, leadership development, training, cultural guidance, company brand evangelization and succession planning. This role will support and be a key member of a fast-moving, highly committed leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO.
Major Responsibilities
Lead our growth strategies by ensuring we have the right talent and create the right environment to fulfill our mission. This includes responsibilities for all areas of people operations, org planning, executive coaching, cultural guidance, company brand evangelization, talent acquisition, leadership development, training, performance management, total rewards, succession planning, work environment and facilities.

Experience
12+ years total with 5+ years as Director/VP
Experience in HR, People Operations, or Organizational Development
Multi-state, multi-unit HR experience a plus
Extensive experience working with an hourly workforce
Experience building and scaling HR in a dynamic high-growth environment
Executive presence and influencing skills required
High degree of business acumen, attention to detail, analytical capacity, and creative problem-solving skills
Must be a strong cross-functional leader
Deep appreciation and sensitivity to existing company culture and what can/cannot be changed as well as appropriate timing of change
