As a member of our consumer analytics team, you will help drive powerful big-data analytic products and solutions to the financial services, healthcare, hospitality, and telecom industries. At Altisource® Labs, we have some of the most brilliant minds in consumer psychology, quantitative modeling, data science, and software technology. At the end of the day, your work will create scalable platform solutions that will transform lives from home buying to hospital visits.

Your Role:
All day you dream about how to make the products that solve real world problems using data techniques that scale to millions of consumers. You have worked in fast paced startup environments where you have built high performing cohesive teams from scratch.
You have built highly scalable SaaS products before. Thinking about big software challenges gets you up in the morning. You pine for that company that is looking to build a web-based, enterprise class, big-data solution from scratch and that has both the vision and the resources to see it through.
You think “big picture”, but know the details cold. You roll up your sleeves when a team member is stuck on a hard technical problem and sit down with him to solve it. You lead with ideas, passion, and delivery. Your team follows you because you are unquestionably great at what you do; and that’s building highly scalable innovative software products.

Your Charge:
Lead and develop product strategy in partnership with business leaders and product management.
Build, maintain and leverage working relationships with both internal and external customers.
Review and validate product release plans.
Monitor product development activities.
Manage resources and budgets across organization to maximize performance and efficiency.
Define Service Level Agreements, systematically review and recommend initiatives to improve SLAs; remove obstacles that limit our delivery and ability to exceed customer expectations.
Identify long‐term organizational capability and talent requirements.
Drive a high level of employee engagement by effectively communicating Company strategy, product vision and organizational scorecards.
Create and nourish an environment that drives continuous improvement and optimizes best practices.
Contribute to developing software in support of our mortgage servicing, asset management, electronic invoicing, payment processing and vendor management business segments.
Deliver Highly scalable SaaS products.
Develop and mentor high performing software teams.

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from accredited school, Master’s Degree preferred.
Requires 10+ years of experience managing a technology function.
Currently in a leadership role – managing teams and responsibility for software product delivery.
Hands on experience in building and delivering enterprise class software products.
