Job description
The Sr. Director, Market is accountable for end to end financial results and employee / customer experience within the assigned market with an average of 30 store locations. You will proactively share field needs, perspective, and local insights with corporate partners to help drive change and innovation.


As the Sr. Director, Market you will:
Be accountable for end-to-end execution of stores (employee, customer experience and financial outcomes) within a given market.
Implement and inspect Company and Territory Strategies (inspection, validation, accountability).
Participate in market level planning based on local insights to maximize performance.
Identify market themes in order to influence company strategy and create localized solutions.
Be responsible for talent selection and development of District Managers.
Leadership and development of team members with coaching, training, career counseling and directing performance development through use of business performance and personal development goals.

Desired Skills and Experience
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
8 years management experience including Supervision of direct/indirect reports
3 years multi-unit management experience including P&L ownership
5 years experience with responsibility for financial results (including sales, margin, and profitability)

Preferred Qualifications:
5 years retail management experience
Previous experience implementing corporate initiatives
