Director - Community Benefit - Tanner Health System - Atlanta

Job description
The Director, Community Health will plan, develop, coordinate and oversee the community benefit and corporate wellness initiatives. Will foster and develop relationships with key community partners in and effort to forge beneficial alliances, mobilize community resources, decrease duplication of services and address community health problems.


QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

Six or more years job related experience.

Knowledge and experience in community-based health planning and programming.

Ability to express ideas and convey information effective in verbal and written communication.

Proficient in use of modern technology, including communications technology (email and word processing software). Familiarity with Lyon’s Community Benefit tracking software preferred.
