Global Process Owner --Payroll and Sales Compensation Administration Based in Duluth, Georgia this role will have global responsibility for managing Payroll and Sales Compensation Administration teams, along with establishing process definition and ensuring compliance. Responsibilities: Establish and deploy a Global Payroll Strategy
* Global Payroll Process Owner and Operational leader, including process definition, controls, and transaction processing.

* Leadership and supervision of the SCP Administration Manager, 4 Payroll Managers, and 25-30 additional payroll experts located throughout the world.

* Leadership and supervision to the Payroll Operational Leaders in all locations, (including the payroll centers in Duluth, GA; Mumbai, India; and Warsaw, Poland).

* Define and implement standard global payroll processes; including procedures, technology, scorecards, and controls.

* Owns outsourcing relationship with Payroll Providers (e.g. ADP), including contracts, financials, and performance management.

* Utilization of metrics to measure process performance, drive process discipline, and support continuous improvement.

* Facilitate process education, communications, and training to support an effective user experience.

* Support strong partnership role with key stakeholder groups; including HR, Tax, and Treasury

* Experience and understanding of executive compensation, benefits, and payroll taxes.

* Role reports to the Vice President of Global Business Services.

Experience Requirements
* Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field of study.

* Strong Accounting or Finance experience.

* 5+ years of relevant business experience; including operational and process related responsibilities.

* Global or International experience preferred.

* Strong Continuous Improvement (e.g. Six Sigma) and Transformation experience preferred, including relevant certifications.

* Ability to team and collaborate in cross functional environment.

* Demonstrated history of innovative change management.

* Supervisory experience required.
