Director - Data Center Business - Xilinx - San Jose

Job description
This is a leadership and management position to drive Xilinx's Data Center business. Data Center is a very important and strategic business segment for Xilinx.
Drive a successful Data Center P&L (revenue and bottomline profitability)
Define the overall vision, strategy and execution plan for entire Data Center market segment: Compute, Storage, Networking. This should comprehend exisiting and emerging trends in the industry (SDN, NFV, Big Data etc.)
Define a leadership product line that keeps winning: Silicon, IP, Software, Services, Solution
Lead with an aggressive design win strategy and execution
Joint with sales, drive aggressive customer engagements, design wins, demand creation programs and continued revenue ramp
Promote Xilinx leadership solutions with innovative and creative GTM plans

Desired Skills and Experience
10+ years of Data Center business management, marketing and/or planning experience
Demonstrated ability to grow Revenue and bottomline profitability
Deep understanding of Data Center (Compute, Storage, Network) market knowledge and trends
Seasoned in customer interactions at all levels: Mid management to Senior executives
Existing key customer relationships
Strong sense of team work and collaborative working style
FPGA knowledge desirable
