The Clarity Money team is looking to add a seasoned VP of Marketing to develop the overall marketing strategy for the business. The ideal candidate is a marketing expert who is comfortable with data and can use it to help define our marketing roadmap. This candidate will oversee customer relationship management (CRM), product marketing and social media strategy and content and needs to be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and lead execution of Clarity Money’s marketing strategy across the app
Work closely with the analytics team and the Director of CRM to understand member behaviors, needs and preferences and drive actionable insights
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) that give insight into marketing strategy performance
Manage Clarity Money’s growth organization
Own customer retention and engagement
Oversee content, product marketing, CRM and social media strategy
Stay ahead of marketing technology, as well as digital and consumer trends and contribute new innovative, breakthrough ideas towards the growth of the company
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility
Experience launching a brand or large scale product
Management experience leading, challenging and coaching a team of marketers for high performance
Proven ability to develop strategy and execute day-to-day tactics
Experience with consumer products/services (including but not limited to: consumer lending, mobile banking applications, deposits etc.)
Knowledge of social media and best practices
Outstanding work ethic and sense of ownership and accountability
Clear demonstration of internal cross-functional partnership and collaboration
Experience with consumer-oriented products and growing a consumer business
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Comfort with change in a fast-paced, startup environment
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA in Marketing preferred
