• Will be responsible for bringing in new logos within the Insurance vertical with specific focus on P & C, Commercial & specialty.
• Will carry specific revenue target with KPI’s
• Will be responsible for driving new account wins and new revenue
• Partner with C-Level executives within the account to drive outcomes based business at IGATE
• Build and execute account strategy for revenue / industry vertical growth at IGATE
• Build and nurture relationships within the new accounts
Desired Skills and Experience:
• An ideal candidate will have overall IT industry experience of 12+ years with 3-5 years hunting new logos
• Must have strong leadership skill and ability to work with several stakeholders in the company
• Must have strong understanding / experience of insurance industry / P&C domain
• Must have experience working in global delivery model
• Must have prior experience managing new business development and Account Management.
• Should have developed business and nurtured relationships within the accounts
• Should have broad understanding of technologies / skills
• Overall experience in Business development, Contract negotiation, Making effective presentations, Solution mindset is essential
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States for any employer
• A strong rolodex of contacts in the Industry will be an advantage.
