Director - Global HR Operations - Levi Strauss - San Francisco


Job description
Purpose: Oversee and manage the Human Resources Operations function for all LS&Co. business units. Work with business unit HR Business Partners to provide efficient, cost effective and high quality HR service delivery while ensuring enterprise consistency based on corporate policy, process and system standards. Liaise with Corporate HR Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Total Reward, Talent Management)) to achieve enterprise-wide Human Resources strategic goals. Establish and maintain the regional HR service delivery models and supervise international payroll administration and associated vendor relationships (through transition to finance).

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 10-15 years Human Resources experience required. Experience with management of services centers and HRO relationships a must. Processes orientation and project management skills essential, with certification in methodologies such as six sigma or LEAN, a plus. Experience with global / international company with employee populations across Latin America, Europe and Asia and working in a company with various lines of business, requiring a consistency and flexibility to meet customer needs preferred. Experience in outsourcing HR functions and managing vendor partners and address rapid business growth (organic and acquisition) desired. Demonstrated ability to manage staff in multiple countries is a must. Demonstrated change management skills and drive & influencing skills needed
