In this critical role, you will be the senior Finance Partner supporting the following organizations: Human Resources and ADP CHRO; Finance and ADP CFO; Legal and ADP General Counsel.

As the senior finance partner, you will be responsible for managing all the financial functions for mentioned leaders and their direct reports. Although "dotted-line" to these officers, associate is treated as a Senior Leadership team member for these organizations (attendance at SLT meetings, engaged in functional strategic discussions, etc.). Strong and diverse financial acumen and specialized accounting knowledge required, as some complex accounting items (primarily reserves, e.g., pension, benefits, restructuring, stock compensation) fall within the responsibility of the above partner areas, and associate must understand the implications that future (corporate or regulatory) actions may have on these reserves. Associate regularly communicates with Executive Committee members above, and annually presents the Corporate Departments plan to the CEO and Executive Committee.

Experience, Skills, Academic:
Education:

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in education and work experience.
Masters preferred with major area of expertise in Finance and Accounting.

Experience:

7 - 10+ years of experience preferred.
Significant expertise in ADP Corporate accounting practices, policies, financial systems and processes is essential to succeed in this position.
The incumbent is required to lead and leverage the resources of numerous financial and non-financial organization across the business to produce this role's required products.
Strong management skills are essential (peer, cross-functional, and subordinate).

Critical Skills:

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong client/customer service focus.
Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and demonstrate flexibility.
Must be proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
