Job description
Manage assigned production resources skilfully and efficiently for the manufacture of products while meeting timelines, quality and quantity standards. Supervise all peptide manufacturing stages including synthesis, cleavage, purification, reconstitution and lyophilization. Supervise in-process analysis in all manufacturing stages. Plan for project timelines and available resources to meet company goals and customer requirements. Ensure that written procedures (SOP, BPR) are followed while also ensuring that cGMP guidelines are followed.

PhD in Chemistry or related field.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Organic Chemistry , Biochemistry or equivalent.

Desired Skills and Experience
7-10 years experience in peptide manufacturing in a cGMP environment.
Working knowledge of cGMP standards.

Proficient will all pepetide manufacturing stages and in-process analytical methods.
Experience with cGMP manufacturing and documentation standards.
Creativity to solve chemical, technical and analytical pronlems.
