POSITION OVERVIEW: Reporting to the VP, Client Partnerships, in collaboration with sales leaders cultivate the deepest knowledge of client business and best position NBCU assets to drive revenue across the portfolio.
Partner with Sales and Network Partnership teams across the portfolio to proactively identify targeted opportunities that strategically align with client objectives
Support the VP in driving internal client strategy and advocating across the portfolio
Collaborate with ad sales (on-air and digital), marketing and other Client Solutions functions to develop brand solutions that align with network/portfolio revenue goals
Create client awareness of our vast portfolio of assets
Provide strategic, actionable marketplace and client intelligence to sales marketing teams
Present and execute customized multi-element partnership programs Programs may include content creation, branded integration, consumer promotions, and on-air/digital enhancements
Interact daily with internal and external departments inclusive of: Sales, Marketing, Programming, Clients/Agencies, Finance, Legal, Business Affairs, Traffic, PR, Corporate Events
Recruit, manage and develop assigned Managers and Coordinators
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS or equivalent experience
7+ years client solutions/integrated sales marketing experience in a cable and/or network broadcast environment required
4+ years supervisory experience required
Strong written and oral communication skills
Thorough knowledge of sales, media and brand marketing process
Strong knowledge of the digital marketplace preferred
Ability to solve problems and work proactively
Strong organizational skills

Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Established network of agency and client relationships
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent executive level presentation, leadership and interpersonal skills
