ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a multi-tasking, hands-on professional who thoroughly understands A/V installations. That includes a knowledge of technical field services, crews and in-sourcing. Build a national in-house field services installation function, assure customer satisfaction and thoroughly integrate yourself in the firm’s project management. We expect that you have done this before, know how to professionally manage a workforce and are free to travel to worksites when needed. Be flexible to take on needed tasks, provide input as part of the management team.

Desired Skills and Experience
2-3 year experience in project management/ coordinator role; experience with construction/AV-related installs or retail/hotel/restaurant openings desired
Must understand Service Level Agreements for field-based tech support
Must have extensive experience with companies like On Force for in-house tech dispatching and management
Must have extensive experience will technology rollouts, preferable in a retail environment. POS, WAN, digital signage ,etc.
Must have strong Data analysis and research skills
Coordinating and managing large quantities of specialized data surrounding asset tracking and reporting
Ability to work effectively within all levels of internal and client organizations
Strong interpersonal communications skills
Excellent attention to detail
Prior experience with ERP platforms, help desk ticketing systems
Fluent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to prioritize tasks and execute accordingly
Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous deadlines Based in Fairfield NJ
Experience with Customer Service, Third-party tech dispatches, Logistics
Must have experience with help desk metrics: mean time to resolution, trending analysis, call metrics, exception report etc.
Hands-on
Must be comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment with dynamic priorities.
Client-facing with strong presentation skills
