Director - Business Strategy - Huge - Atlanta

Job description
Our Director, Business Strategy partners closely with clients to develop, guide, and implement the Strategy group’s digital business strategies. They collaborate with creative, UX and tech departments to define the right approach for our clients’ digital businesses. They work to grow new and existing relationships by working closely with Business Development to assess client business models and identify new revenue opportunities within the context of brand, market, user, financial, and technology constraints. The Strategy group has a broad focus, from developing long-term holistic business plans to creating website monetization, social media, or mobile strategies (and everything in between).
The Director, Business Strategy is a thought leader, and is passionately dedicated to growing our domain expertise and knowledge base through the development of first party research. They define new organizational structures and business processes, in addition to working closely with our client services team to help grow large accounts and participating in pitches. They spend significant time onsite with clients to gain deep insight into client business needs, becoming trusted partners and advisors to senior client executives.

What we’d like to see:
Extensive experience managing product life cycles and/or go-to-market campaigns in a digital/interactive/mobile/web environment.
Experience in developing revenue models and forecasts in excel as well as working with analytics platforms such as Omniture or Double Click.
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills in client facing and high-pressure situations.
Demonstrated experience communicating broad strategic initiatives to both key stakeholders and diverse internal teams.
Ability to simultaneously tackle multiple projects and challenges with enthusiasm.
Passion to rapidly build expertise on new businesses and industry verticals.
