REQUIRED:
Bachelor's or Masters degree in computer science or Information Technology
5 to 10 years of cross functional business experience including business analysis, IT applications development, logistics, infrastructure and project management. Across multiple software and hardware platforms
Working knowledge of Agile IT software and applications development methodologies and processes
Broad range of network and desktop knowledge, including experience with MS Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability leading strategic planning and/or road mapping sessions.
Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies (PMLC), including experience managing customer expectations.
Demonstrated ability to gather and document complex business requirements.
Ability to communicate business needs to technical people and to communicate and simplify complex technical information for non-technical people.
Ability to work independently with all levels of management (internal and external).
Effective written and verbal communication skills in customer settings and with internal and external senior management. Effective active listening, interviewing, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Provide leadership within the team and mentor teammates to increase overall team capabilities.
Partner with manager to facilitate dynamic and effective group management.
Strong time management skills, including ability to organize and prioritize work and projects.

OVERVIEW:
The primary function of this position is to manage and coordinate ongoing development operations and production activities of the IT staff to help various departments within the organization to meet the end goal. The successful candidate will have the responsibility for managing the implementation, integration installation and operation of information and functional systems for the organization.

Coordinates and supports new and ongoing IT projects for internal operations and external customers
Manage and set priorities for the design, maintenance, development and evaluation of all infrastructure systems, including LANs, WANs, Servers, Unified Communications, Internet, Intranet, security, wireless implementations, etc.
Provides 24x7 on-call leadership during network outages and degradations of service; report status to executives during defined intervals.
Proactively introduces new technology solutions for current business problems and keep abreast of new and emerging technologies like implementing and securing Public, Private and Hybrid Cloud and their impact on the enterprise architecture
Manages infrastructure operational costs and provides budget recommendations for planning the annual IT budget.
Develops test plans and coordinate software testing efforts
Coordinates system implementation efforts and facilitates project communications between customers and vendors
Facilitates troubleshooting efforts between the customer, technical support, and the product development groups
Owns and maintains change and release management protocols
Coordinates all activities associated with keeping 3rd party interfaces up-to-date and secure. Evaluates, selects and manages vendors, business partners, and solutions providers
Responsible for enforcing all security measures and tests required by HIPAA
Provides input and support to developing IT roadmaps
